در جواب می توانید در یک جمله به بیوگرافی تان، سابقه آموزشی و شغلی اشاره کنید و بعد خیلی خلاصه مهارت هایتان را شرح بدهید:
my name is Bahram and I am 27 years old. For the past 7 years, I’ve been working as a digital marketer at Company X and Y . I am quite familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag.Manager and Content providing methods . I am also familiar with advertising campaign

در جواب بهتر است دلیل واقعی تان را عنوان کنید؛ مثلا رسیدن به پیشرفت شغلی یا حتی اگر به هر دلیلی تعدیل شده اید!
I’m happy with my current role. But because I want to grow, I always keep my eyes open for new challenges and opportunities. This role seems like it fits that criteria
یا اینکه می توانید بگویید:
Because of the difficult economy, my company was forced to lay off 10% of its workforce, and I was one of the ones impacted
3.چرا باید شما را استخدام کنیم؟

بهترین جواب به این سوال اشاره به تجارب و مهارت ها و شایستگی هایتان است. مثلا می توانید بگویید:
I consider myself hardworking, organised and reliable. I’m a good team-player and I can learn quickly
4.مهم ترین نقاط قوت شما چه مواردی هستند؟

درباره خود داستانی تعریف کنید که یکی از نقاط قوت مهم شما را نشان می‌دهد. سعی کنید با توجه با اطلاعاتی که از آن شرکت دارید از ویژگی‌هایی صحبت کنید که برای آنها اهمیت دارند. در زیر یک نمونه پاسخ میشل ریکلان، نویسنده رزومه حرفه‌ای و مربی شغلی مشاهده می کنید:
I love talking to people. I’ve learned how to handle different customer personalities after five years in customer service. While other sales reps shy away from hard-to-convince leads, I take it as a challenge to step up my game
یا اینکه بگویید:
.My biggest strength is that I’m very efficient at working under pressure. No matter the crisis or stress, I can make the right decisions on-the-spot
5.چه تخصص‌ها یا مهارت‌هایی دارید؟
?What Kind of Training or Qualifications Do You Have
مصاحبه کننده با پرسیدن این سوال می خواهند بداند روی چه مهارت هایی تخصص بیشتری دارید؛ اگر تحصیلات چندانی ندارید اما تجربه کاریتان زیاد است به عنوان نمونه می توانید بگویید:
While I don’t have formal school training for this work, I have more than made up for it in my X years of work in the field. I’m a fast learner, and I’m willing to under go more training if I’m offered the job
اگر یک تازه فارغ التحصیل هستید و تجربه کاری کمی دارید:
I just completed a X-month internship at (Company Name), which gave me hands on experience in (work related task 1) and (work related task 2). I also completed my (degree) in (School Name), where I learned about (industry)
6.چه کاری می‌توانید برای ما انجام دهید که متقاضیان دیگر نمی‌توانند؟

مصاحبه کننده با این سوال می خواهد بداند شما چقدر برای این فرصت شغلی شرایط لازم را دارید. با اشاره یه شاخص ترین مهارت شغلی که دارید به این سوال پاسخ بدهید؛ مثلا اگر کارمند اداری هستید می توانید بگویید:
My previous job working as a receptionist provided me with the ideal experience for this position. For five years, I developed many of the skills required for this job, including answering phones and email, processing payments, and entering data on multiple computer programs
یا می توانید بگویید:
My skill set is a perfect match for the job requirements. In particular, my sales skills and managerial experience make me an ideal candidate for the position. For example, at my last job, I managed a sales team of five employees, and we had the top sales record of our company branch. I can bring my successes and experiences to this job
7.چرا تصمیم گرفتید برای این سمت شغلی درخواست همکاری بفرستید؟

از طریق این سوال، مصاحبه کننده می‌خواهد میزان اشتیاق شما برای این موقعیت را ارزیابی کند. فراموش نکنید جواب شما باید دربر دارنده دو نکته زیر باشد:
1.چه موضوعی دقیقا باعث شده که برای این شغل مشتاق باشید؟
2.این شرکت چه ویژگی هایی داشته که شما را علاقمند کرده؟
مثلا می توانید بگویید:
I do believe, though, that I have just the right skills to get started: copywriting, basic photoshop, and of course, lots of creativity. I have been researching your company organizational culture for a long time and I feel like your creative work environment
